The Mirabelle Restaurant at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne is an award‑winning fine dining venue, renowned for its elegant atmosphere and exquisite modern European cuisine. Having experienced an outstanding review on my last visit a few years ago, whilst in town this year in my new home away from home, I decided that this was an excellent opportunity to indulge in some exceptional food theatre this side of the South East if not the UK. 🌟 Introduction to Mirabelle Restaurant Location: Situated within the iconic Grand Hotel Eastbourne , a Victorian seafront landmark built in 1875.
