Tony Jazz had another Amazing day to be invited by Executive Chef @chefmichaelsutherland of Light Restaurant at The Towner Contemporary Art gallery in Eastbourne. After viewing the Turner 2023 Prize Exhibition I was warmly welcomed by Big Mic himself and his friendly team to taste collection of delicious small plate dishes for lunch. I was very impressed with each dish and their presentation. Thank you Michael for your professional hospitality, it was an honour to finally meet you. Video blog to follow.
