TONY JAZZ : LIFSTYE MANAGER , PROFESSIONAL BUTLER TO THE RICH & WEALTHY: FRONT OF HOUSE TRAINING WORKSHOP MAYFAIR JAN 2025

 

Last month I was Honoured to be given the privilege to present to the hotel staff @ The Biltmore Mayfair Hotel along with the Development & Learning Manager a workshop I had put together with his direction called " Guest Anticipation!"
We delivered a two session hour long workshop with staff participation at the end with typical scenarios we regularly come across in the hospitality business. After over 30years experience working at different levels including management it was such a humbling privilege and honour to be able to inspire the youngsters coming up in this often challenging but well rewarding industry. The two sessions were well supported and one of the sessions with standing room only kept us as trainers too on our toes. 

 After the session I was so amazed of the positive impact it had on many of our colleagues who not only found it informative but expressed how much fun they had especially with the role play activities. I must give a big shout out to Mr Robert Shorter our Head Concierge who contributed to the first session immensely with his similar experience and knowledge with in five star hotel properties he had gained. I just wanted to thank you all for making these sessions a success and help me to fulfil a personal goal of giving back.
